We understand the sanctity of legal privilege. Our AI models are deployed in isolated environments where **your data is never used to train public models**. We strictly adhere to the principle of data segregation between firm tenants.

3. Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service, including user account information, firm details, and casework metadata. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your firm's data at any time ("The Right to be Forgotten"). Upon termination of service, FliWa provides a full data export of all casework files.
