1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FliWa platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a law firm or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. The Service
FliWa provides an AI-powered operating system for immigration casework. The Service acts as an infrastructure tool to assist legal professionals; it does not provide legal advice and does not establish an attorney-client relationship between FliWa Systems and your clients.
3. User Responsibilities
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the review and final approval of all work product generated by the Service. The "Human-in-the-Loop" workflow requires professional oversight for all filings.
4. Intellectual Property
FliWa Systems retains all rights to the underlying technology, algorithms, and interface designs. You retain all rights to the client data and specific casework uploaded to the system.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FliWa Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, distinctive, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
